I stayed at this hotel because we needed the extra bed and room space, but was disappointed by the lack of modern amenities like USB plugs. The cleanliness was decent, but the location wasn't ideal as we overlooked a noisy workshop that operated at night.
At first, I must say the hotel is quite conveniently located, near the Intercontinental and the Bus Terminal. The room quality was average for me, but I couldn't help but wish for some bottled water and a bar fridge in there. Waiting an hour at reception for the room to be ready didn't kick off my stay on the right foot.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it ideal for transit stays. The rooms are very clean but show signs of wear and are on the smaller side. The dining options are limited, with long queues, but the service staff are courteous. The facilities are basic but functional, offering a suitable stay for short periods.
I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms, which were specifically booked for their extra bed and space, were comfortable and clean, although they could use a little sprucing up. The service was warm and friendly, especially when preparing our breakfast requests; however, there were moments when the staff seemed lazy and unresponsive. The location was convenient for early and late flights, being close to the airport, but there were some power issues with the sockets. The dining was inviting, with a great breakfast, but lacking proper seasoning at times.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite small for a family of four, had no freezer, and were not properly cleaned, lacking pillows and looking untidy. The location was lovely, although we couldn't enjoy it due to weather conditions. The dining was okay, meeting basic needs without anything special. Some facilities were lacking, but overall, it was an average experience.
